Started as a franchisee of Parle Exports Private Limited in the year 1971 under Black Diamond Beverages Private Limited for Thumps-up, Limca, Gold Spot, Maaza. In the year 1992-93 on Coca-Cola buying over these brands from Parle, he became a franchisee of The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta. In 1995, Black Diamond Beverages Private Limited was demerged into 2 companies and thus Bengal Beverages Private Limited was formed where he had controlling stakes. Embracing the latest cutting-edge technologies for quality & economies, with a global perspective has been a major driving force for him to take the group to immense heights.
