Mohit Chaudhary is currently serving as the Director – Technical at the Indian Beverage Association (IBA), where he provides strategic technical leadership and oversees all technical aspects concerning the non-alcoholic beverage industry in India. His role entails ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering innovation in beverage technology, and addressing industry challenges through his robust expertise.

Before joining the Indian Beverage Association, Mohit held the position of Deputy Secretary at the All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA). In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in supporting the President with day-to-day operations and advancing the association’s policy goals within the food processing sector.

Mohit’s career journey is enriched with diverse experiences in the food industry, having worked at prominent organizations such as ITC Ltd. and Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. His roles encompassed various responsibilities in food technology and management, contributing significantly to his comprehensive understanding of the sector.
