Tayna Majithia is Director-Policy at IBA. She is a Lawyer by qualification and profession with an experience of 10 years in the fraternity. An award winning student in law school, she was personally selected by the former CJI as his Research Assistant post  graduation, following which she joined a Senior lawyer to learn the art of advocacy as a Junior Counsel. She made a foray into consultancy with Ministry of Commerce as Consultant where she was associated with CIPAM for 2 yrs on IPR issues and further on with MeitY as Senior Consultant where she was onboard as Media & Partnerships Manager for MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), Legal Personel for International Cooperation Division (ICD) and CoeIP-CDAC Pune. Passionate about the Jurisprudence of law, International law, Public Policy, IP, Technology ecosystem and Beverages sector. Core strength areas include research, writing, drafting, content creation, public speaking, event coordination, media management and laisoning.
